What we collect, and why.

Your name, business email address, organization, role, organization type, an estimate of monthly bill volume, your primary line of business, and whatever you write in the message field.

The server also records the time of submission, the network address the request came from, and the browser identifier. These help us tell a genuine inquiry from automated traffic and are kept with the submission.

Submissions are used to respond to business inquiries about Scout's bill-review services, and for nothing else. We do not sell, rent, or share them with third parties, and we do not use them to build marketing lists.

Do not submit protected health information, medical records, bills, claim numbers, or any other sensitive claim information through this form. If you do, we will delete it and ask you to resend through a controlled intake channel.

Submissions are kept as a business record of the inquiry. To ask that yours be deleted, send a request through the same form and we will confirm when it is done.

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. Our web server keeps ordinary access logs for security and operations, and those logs are not shared.

If this notice changes, the date below changes with it.
